You can add new users to your Brevo account and assign them specific roles and permissions.

✚ Add a new user

1. Click your enterprise name and select Account settings.
   
2. Access the Users tab.
3. Click Invite a new user.
4. Enter the user's first name, last name, and email address.
   
5. Click Add role to select a role for the user:
   • Account admin: the user will have access to all projects in the account
   • Project admin: the user will have access to only the selected project(s)
   • Other role exists if you have to restrict access to some feature.
6. (Optional) Include a message in the invitation email.
7. Click Send invitation.

The new user will receive an email with an invitation link to join your account.
