We only report the volume of notifications sent: not delivery, opening or clicks. In addition, we send the order for the notification to Apple and Google, after this point, we don't have much info on delivrability and statisticsπ Track consistently Audience is "moving" (installation, void,β¦) it's like taking a picture on the spot. If you try to do the report on the same period with a few weeks' difference, you will not get exactly the same results Monitor your KPIs monthly to identify trends Compare performance across different campaigns to identify best practices. Select the campaign you want to analyze. View the summary of campaign performance. From there, you can see: Total cards created Total cards installed Installation rate Cards currently active View automation performance Go to the Automation tab. View the summary of all automation rules in chronological order. Select a specific automation rule to see detailed performance. From there, you can see: How many users were affected by the rule When the automation was triggered Performance of notifications sent through the automation π Track audience engagement Go to the Audience tab. Search for specific cards or users. View individual card status and activity. We recommend maintaining a retention rate above 95%.Formula: (Active users / Total users who installed) Γ 100βοΈ Export dataExport data for external analysisTo perform advanced analysis outside of Captain Wallet: Access your campaign and automation data through the platform. Note the key metrics you want to analyze. Use the data to create custom reports or presentations. You can combine Wallet data with other business metrics (in-store sales, website traffic, email performance) to get a complete view of your marketing effectiveness.Export data from your Wallet environment Go to Reporting. Select all the campaigns you want to export. Click the three-dot menu > Send reports. Choose the report type (Campaign, Redeem, Share, or Counter) and click Next. Set the reporting period and date format. Enter the email addresses of contacts who should receive the export file. Click Next. The export file will be sent to the selected contacts. π‘ Good to know Sometimes, pipes stucks and reporting is not sent quickly. After 10/15min if the report isn't in your inbox, try again. If it's still stuck, ask to the technical team. The size of the client audience is impacting the delivery, it can take several minutes if the client has 100K-200K users or more.
