Create a personalized Wallet link

You can generate personalized wallet URLs for individual customers or create multiple URLs at once using the URL Generator.

Key features

  • Security: URLs are automatically secured using SHA256 encryption or AES encryption, depending on your campaign configuration. This prevents unauthorized access and ensures GDPR compliance.
  • Shortened URLs: Links are automatically shortened if you request this option.
  • Bulk generation: Create thousands of personalized links in one operation.

Common use cases

  • Sending SMS campaigns
  • Adding URLs to email campaigns when dynamic generation is not possible
  • Creating personalized QR codes for printed materials such as flyers, mailings, and welcome kits
  • Uploading to external routers or websites

Each customer receives a unique, secured URL that can only be used to download their specific wallet card, ensuring data privacy and security.

🎯 Generate a single link

  1. Go to Campaigns in your Wallet account.
  2. Select the campaign where customers will arrive when they activate their card.
  3. Click See my Campaign.
  4. Navigate to the URL sub-tab.
  5. Click Fill and copy.
  6. Fill in the fields with the customer details for whom you want to obtain the personalized URL.
  7. Click Generate to obtain the customer's personal link, which you can then copy.

📋 Generate multiple links (URL Generator)

Step 1: Access the URL Generator

  1. Go to Campaigns in your Wallet account.
  2. Select the campaign where customers will arrive when they activate their card.
  3. Click See my Campaign.
  4. Navigate to the URL sub-tab.
  5. Click Generate Short URLs.

Step 2: Prepare your customer file

  1. Download the example CSV file template from the platform by clicking Download.
  2. In the dowloaded file, fill in your customer information under the correct columns.

Step 3: Configure the URL Generator

  1. Set the delimiter. Choose your CSV separator (usually ;).
  2. Drop your prepared CSV file in the Input File section to upload your file.
  3. Click Next.
  4. Add tracking parameters:
    • Select if you want to receive personalized shortened links (ideal for SMS, for example)
    • Channel: Choose the distribution channel (e.g., email, sms, web)
    • Tag: Enter a specific campaign identifier (e.g.,dedicated_july2026, welcome_trigger, newsletter)
  5. Click Next.
  6. Enter email addresses to receive the generated file.
  7. Click Submit.

Step 4: Receive your personalized URLs

After processing, you will receive an email with a download link. The new file will include an additional URL column with a unique and secured link for each customer. If you requested shortened links, these will also be included.
