⬇️ Upload target files for segmentation

Target files allow you to send notifications to a specific list of customers based on external criteria, such as CRM data or purchase behavior.

Step 1: Upload a target file

  1. Go to Audience > Target submenu.
  2. Click Add a target.
  3. Upload a CSV file containing:
    • One column only
    • Customer unique identifiers (one per row)
  4. Click Submit.

The system processes the file and displays the number of matching IDs.

Step 2: Use a target file in automation

  1. Go to the Automation tab.
  2. Create a rule (Notification or Move).
  3. Select Target file.
  4. Choose a direction:
    • Users contained in file – Target only users in the uploaded file.
    • Users NOT contained in file – Exclude users in the uploaded file.

You will be able to view the targeted user count in the left column.
