Schedule an automatic delivery of reports on a file system Captain Wallet allows you to schedule automatic delivery of your reports to a configured file system (SFTP, FTP, Google Cloud Platform). This feature is available for campaign-level or full account-level reporting.Before you startYou need the necessary permissions to configure reporting.⚙️ Step 1: Configure your file system Go to Your account name > Account Settings. Access the File Systems tab and click Create connection. Choose your file system connection type: 💡 Good to know If needed, contact our support team so we can create an SFTP server for you. Enter your file system connection credentials to create the connection. Click Test connection to ensure it is working properly. Click Create. ⏰ Step 2: Schedule the automatic delivery Go to Reporting and select the campaign for which you want to schedule a report delivery. Next to the name of the campaign, click the three-dot icon > Send reports. Activate the Do you want to send it to a file system? option to allow sending the file to a file system. Choose a file system destination and precise its path. Click Next. Choose if you want to schedule the sending one time or at a recurring time: One time: Check the Send now box. Recurring: Choose the Recurrency (daily, weekly, monthly), and Time at which you want to schedule the sending. Select the time zone to apply to the file delivery date. Click Send a report. Reports are automatically compressed in ZIP format. You can edit and view your automated report in the Reporting > Scheduled reports tab. ⏭️ What's next?
