Edit a Wallet campaign You can edit an existing Wallet campaign to update its content, visuals, or notifications for new offers or seasonal updates.Before you start To edit a campaign, you need access to the Campaigns section in your Brevo Wallet account. To create a new campaign for your commercial highlights, you have to follow 4 main steps: Duplicate an existing campaign and edit the content. Define who sees what and when. Set up your new entry points. Test your new campaign & notification. Good to know You cannot modify the display layout of cards to add additional visuals or reposition elements. Font and text size are not editable. Text formatting (underline, bold, italic) is not allowed. Links on the front of cards are not clickable. Links can only be added to the back of the card. β What can I edit on a Wallet campaign? Card elements that can be edited Text fields on the front of the card Secondary slots (up to 4 on Apple, up to 2 on Google) Card background color Visuals and logos Text color (Apple only) Back of the card content Links on the back of the card Notification elements that can be edited Notification icon for both Apple and Google π― Step 1: Duplicate the campaign you want to edit Go to Campaigns. Find the campaign you want to modify. Hover over the campaign and click on the three dots (β’β’β’). Select Duplicate. Fill in the campaign parameters: Enter a name for your campaign. Add a description. This description appears on the back of the card and can be modified later during template editing. Select both templates (Apple and Google) and click Duplicate. Your duplicated campaign is now ready to be edited.βοΈ Step 2: Edit the templateNow that your campaign has been duplicated, you can edit the Apple and Wallet templates. To do so, hover over the Apple or Google Wallet template and click Edit template:Check the instructions corresponding to the template you want to edit: π Edit the Apple Wallet templateπ Edit the Google Wallet template Check the instructions corresponding to the elements you want to edit in your Apple Wallet template: π‘ Content π¨ Design β©οΈ Back of the card π‘ Edit the content In the Content tab, modify the text fields on the front of the card. Update the secondary slots to match your current offer or campaign. π¨ Edit the design βοΈ Important If you have a multi-status campaign, ensure to apply the visual changes to each status on the right side. Go to the Design tab. Change the visual associated with the card by clicking on it. Select an image from your library or click Import an asset at the top left to add a new one. Update the logo and text color if needed. Visual specifications for Apple Wallet: Loyalty template: 624x240, format .png Event template: 640x170, format .png Logo: 400x200, format .png, transparent background Notification icon: 150x150, format .png, non-transparent background β©οΈ Edit the back of the card Go to the Information tab. Add descriptive text for your campaign by clicking +Field. Move text blocks up or down for better visibility. To add a clickable link, use this format: <a href="www.mylink.com">Text for my link</a> Click Validate & Update then Update to save your changes. Check the instructions corresponding to the elements you want to edit in your Apple Wallet template: π‘ Content π¨ Design β©οΈ Back of the card π‘ Edit the content In the Content tab, modify the text fields on the front of the card. π¨ Edit the design For Google Wallet, only the background color and visuals can be edited in the Design tab. Visual specifications for Google Wallet: Loyalty template: 624x240, format .png Event template: 640x170, format .png Logo: 660x660, format .png, non-transparent background Notification icon: 200x200, format .png, transparent background β©οΈ Edit the back of the card Go to the Information tab. Add or modify text blocks in Additional content. Add or modify links in the Links section. Once you have edited your template: Click Validate & Update, then Update to save your changes.
